Home & estate cleanout services

Clear the space.
Move forward.

From a garage that needs attention to a property that needs clearing, Big Kuntry Nation helps Brevard County homeowners and families remove unwanted household contents.

01

Estate & whole-home cleanouts

For families managing a property transition or preparing a home for its next use.

Whether you need several rooms cleared or help with an entire home, we’ll review the contents, access, and items you want removed.

Set aside personal records, valuables, and anything you want to keep before removal begins. We’ll agree on what stays and what goes with you.

02

Post-estate-sale cleanouts

The sale is over. The remaining items still need a plan.

We help clear the household contents left behind after an estate sale, including agreed furniture, boxes, and other unwanted items.

Share photos of what remains and any deadline for clearing the property so we can plan the next step.

03

Moving & downsizing cleanouts

Take what you want. Make a plan for what’s staying behind.

Clear unwanted furniture, boxes, and household items before a move, after packing, or as part of downsizing to a smaller space.

Our cleanout service focuses on removing unwanted contents. Packing and transporting belongings you’re keeping are outside the standard scope.

04

Garages, rooms & storage units

You don’t need a whole-house project to get help.

Reclaim a spare room, clear accumulated contents from a garage, or empty a storage unit you’re ready to stop holding onto.

Tell us about stairs, elevators, parking, carry distance, and facility access rules when requesting your quote.

A plan for your property

Every cleanout
starts with a conversation.

Send us photos and a few details about what you need cleared. We’ll review the job and help you work out the next step.

We confirm the scope and provide a quote before work begins. Larger or more complex jobs may need an on-site review.

If you add items or change the scope, we’ll discuss the additional work and get your approval before proceeding.

Before we schedule

A few details make a better plan.

Tell us what’s there.

  • Which rooms or areas need clearing
  • Photos showing the full area and large items
  • Stairs, narrow doorways, or long carries
  • Any deadline or preferred service dates
  • Anything that must remain at the property

Flag unusual items early.

Safes, pianos, unusually heavy items, chemicals, paint, and other materials with special handling or disposal needs require review. We’ll confirm what we can accept before scheduling.

Deep cleaning, demolition, hazardous-material removal, and biohazard remediation are outside our standard household cleanout scope.

Common questions

Before you book.

Can I get a quote from photos?

Photos are a useful starting point. Text Dan a view of each area, the main items, your city, and any access details. Larger or more complex jobs may need an on-site review before we can confirm a quote.

Do I need to empty the whole house?

No. We can quote specific rooms, a garage, a storage unit, or selected household contents. Clearly identify what should go and what needs to stay.

Will you buy the contents or run an estate sale?

Our cleanout service covers the agreed removal work. Any separate purchase of items would need its own agreement. Estate-sale management is outside the cleanout service described here.

What if I add more items?

Tell us before those items are removed. We’ll review the added work, explain any change to your quote, and get your approval first.

Where do you work?

We’re based in Cocoa and serve Brevard County. Share the property’s location so we can confirm availability, travel requirements, and scheduling for your job.
